I'm so glad you found us here! We have been working on our 30 year reunion to be held in the summer of 2011. Alice Bush Kachejian, Sue Rushkowski and myself met a few times this past summer to talk about past reunions and what we should do for this one. Robin Roughton Judice has been working with us over the phone and by email. We have decided not to go with a 'reunion company' since it didn't work out well the last time. So, we have to re-locate everyone because they didnt share any of that information with us. Please be sure you let us know where you are and how to get in touch with you.
We have been trying to get the word out there and find classmates. We have been researching venues and getting prices for the event(s). Robin Roughton Judice is our wonderful webmaster and she volunteered to pay for this site and has done a wonderful job creating it and keeping it up to date. Doug Smith has volunteered to be our DJ. Can you believe it? It has almost been 30 years since we graduated from high school. So, it would be great to see as many classmates as possible this time. I would really like to find everyone this time. We are a group, and have a bond if for nothing else, the school we attended and graduated from. If you haven't made it to a reunion yet, come to this one if at all possible! We've been looking for you. Honestly we have, and we'd love to see you. If you are one of those people that hasn't come because you dont look the same as you did in high school, well, truthfully many of us don't. That doesn't matter. Really it doesn't! What matters is that you are a part of us and we care that you are there, not that you have no hair, gray hair, a few more pounds, whatever it may be. Some of us are grandparents now, some of us dye our hair because (like me) they dont like the gray!
Please try to come to this reunion. Maybe you had a horrible time in high school. Mine wasn't the greatest. We still want you there. Come connect with old friends, and make some new ones. I have to say I have made some wonderful friends at the last reunions, people I wasn't friends with in high school. You'll see, I know you will, that some of the bad memories you had will be overtaken with new ones.
Think about it.. and make plans to head "home" in the summer of 2011 for our 30 year reunion. I know you'll enjoy yourself and I hope to see you there.......
